Habitual Change for Healthy Living

Piggybacking on old habits is the key to creating new healthy ones.

Taking a look at a current habit that you may have and tweaking it into a healthy habit could be easier than you think.  if you are a Starbucks addict (like I am) switch up your drink or snack.  Get Hearty Blueberry Oatmeal instead of Blueberry Scone or getting tea instead of a cappuccino.  Make a small change in one of your routines can make a big difference.  What is a habit that you want to change?
